whats_onKIDS GYM—Time to get the kids moving. Don’t forget we have kids gym on Mondays at 4:30pm and Saturdays at 9am. On Saturday it runs beside Pilates so mum can do Pilates and the kids can exercise.

Besides enjoying the health benefits of regular exercise, kids who are physically active sleep better. They’re also better able to handle physical and emotional challenges — from running to catch a bus to studying for a test.

PILATES 9amSaturday will now feature 1/2 hour ball & mat work and 1/2 hour stretch

session.

This makes a good compliment to your weekly training and a great way to start the weekend. If you haven’t tried Pilates yet the first session is free.
