During the upcoming holiday break, incidental blocks of exercise all add up. This includes in between each exercise, doing 10 star jumps or 30 seconds of high knee jogs to keep up your cardio.

Follow the plan below and do 2 sets of each exercise every couple of days, if not each day during the Christmas break to maintain your fitness.

    10 regular pushups
    15 squats
  • 10:00am
    plank hold for 30 seconds
    high knee jog (knee taps) 3 minutes
  • 11:00am
    15 chair or bench dips
    plank 30 seconds
  • 1:00pm
    10 each side lunges
    15 calf raises (stand on your tippy toes, up and down)
  • 2:00pm
    10 Pushups
    mountain shuffle 1 minute
    plank 30 seconds
  • 3:00pm
    plank holds (hold as long as possible)
    one legged toe touch
  • 4:00pm
    10 close hand pushups & 10 each way: side step & squat
