Targeted Fitness is located at 3/15 Mitchell Drive, East Maitland. Our fully equipped training studio provides private and personal training sessions in a quiet and relaxed atmosphere.

Matt and Deborah are the owners of Targeted Fitness. They are registered exercise professionals, and are committed to continuous education within their respective fields of interest.

Matt and Deb

Matt is a fully qualified Personal Trainer having completed Certificate III and IV in Fitness, and has extensive experience in helping people reach their fitness goals.

Matt specialises in Private sessions, Small Group Training, Boxing Circuits, Super Circuit (Bootcamp), Power Lifting, and Strength Training. He also enjoys helping people to increase mobility. Matt also runs VitalMoves groups, Kids/Teens Gym, and Stretch & Mobility sessions.

Matt is very passionate about training for fitness and health, and currently competes in Strongman, Power Lifting, and open water events. Matthew enjoys “the outdoors” and riding his motorbike. He is also an avid small aircraft pilot.

If you’re in the right place at the right time, you may even get to use some of Matt’s personal training ‘tools’.

Deborah is a fully qualified Personal Trainer having completed Certificate III and IV in Fitness. She is passionate about helping her clients work towards their goals, within their range of mobility.

Deborah is also a qualified Pilates Instructor, Barre Instructor, Thump Boxing Instructor, Kettlebell 1 & 2 certified, Steel Mace Certified Instructor, Advanced Steel Club Instructor, and is also a certified Human Movement specialist through the Brookbush Institute. She thrives on continuous education and is currently working towards Advanced Barre certification.

You will find Deb at the gym running Group PT, SuperCircuit, VitalMoves, Pilates, and private sessions. In her private time, she has a broad spectrum of other interests including writing, photography, digital graphic design, typography, and listening to an eclectic range of music.
