TARGETED Fitness is located in Waterloo Avenue, Thornton – our fully equipped training studio provides private and personal training sessions in a quiet and relaxed atmosphere.

Matt and Deborah are registered exercise professionals, and are committed to continuous education within their respective fields of interest.

MatthewOwner/Personal Trainer
Matt is the owner of Targeted Fitness. He is a fully qualified Personal Trainer having completed Certificate III and IV in Fitness and Personal Training, and has extensive experience in helping people reach their fitness goals.

Matt specialises in small Group Training, Boxing for Fitness, Bootcamp, Power Lifting, Strength Training and helping people to increase mobility. Matt also runs VitalMoves groups, Kids Gym and Saturday Stretch & Mobility.

Matt is very passionate about training for fitness and health, and currently competes in Strongman, Power Lifting, and open water events. Matthew enjoys “the outdoors” and riding his motorbike. He is also an avid small aircraft pilot.

DeborahPersonal Trainer/Administration
Deborah combines her role as Personal Trainer and administration/social media/marketing at Targeted Fitness. She is passionate about her health and fitness, and is fully qualified with a Cert III and IV in Fitness. Deborah is also a qualified Thump Boxing Instructor, Kettlebell 1 & 2 certified, Mastery in Steel Mace, Steel Club Instructor, Mat Pilates certified and is dedicated to continuing education. She is also finishing a Bachelor in Design (Visual Communication).

Her wide range of interests in the fitness field include Clubbells, Steel Mace flows and Human Movement.

Deborah specializes in small Group Training, VitalMoves, foundational heavy Clubbell & Kettlebell movements, and Group Circuit. She also conducts Fitness Assessments.
