TARGETED Fitness is located in Waterloo Avenue, Thornton – our fully equipped training studio provides private and personal training sessions in a quiet and relaxed atmosphere.

Matt and Deborah own Targeted Fitness, are registered exercise professionals, and are committed to continuous education within their respective fields of interest.

MatthewPersonal Trainer
Matt is a fully qualified Personal Trainer having completed Certificate III and IV in Fitness and Personal Training, and has extensive experience in helping people reach their fitness goals.

Matt specialises in small Group Training, Boxing for Fitness, Bootcamp, Power Lifting, Strength Training and helping people to increase mobility. Matt also runs VitalMoves groups, Kids Gym and Saturday Stretch & Mobility.

Matt is very passionate about training for fitness and health, and currently competes in Strongman, Power Lifting, and open water events. Matthew enjoys “the outdoors” and riding his motorbike. He is also an avid small aircraft pilot.

DeborahPersonal Trainer
Deborah is a fully qualified Personal Trainer having completed Certificate III and IV in Fitness. She is passionate about helping her clients work towards their goals, within their range of mobility.

Deborah is also a qualified Pilates Instructor, Thump Boxing Instructor, Kettlebell 1 & 2 certified, Mastery in Steel Mace, Advanced Steel Club Instructor, and is a certified Human Movement specialist through the Brookbush Institute. She is dedicated to continuing education and is currently working towards Barre certification.

Deborah also has a wide range of other interests including photography, digital graphic design, typography, and creating music.
