TARGETED Fitness is located in Waterloo Avenue, Thornton – our fully equipped training studio provides private and personal training sessions in a quiet and relaxed atmosphere. We also provide a dedicated Pilates studio.

All trainers are registered professionals with Fitness Australia.

MatthewOwner/Personal Trainer
Matt is the owner of Targeted Fitness. He is a fully qualified Personal Trainer having completed Certificate III and IV in Fitness and Personal Training, and has extensive experience in helping people reach their fitness goals.

Matt specialises in small Group Training, Boxing for Fitness, Bootcamp, Power Lifting and Strength Training. Matt also runs VitalMoves groups, Kids Gym and Saturday Stretch.

Matt is very passionate about training for fitness and health, and currently competes in Strongman and also Power Lifting events. Matthew enjoys “the outdoors” and riding his motorbike. He is also an avid small aircraft pilot.

DeborahPersonal Trainer/Administration
Deborah combines her role as Personal Trainer and Administration at Targeted Fitness. She is passionate about her health and fitness, and is fully qualified with a Cert III and IV in Fitness. Deborah is also a qualified Thump Boxing Instructor, Kettlebell certified and is dedicated to continuing education.

Deborah specializes in small Group Training, VitalMoves, Bootcamp and Group Circuit. She also conducts Fitness Assessments.

JessStudio Pilates Instructor
Jess is our Studio Pilates Instructor and a vital part of the team. She is fully qualified with a Cert III and Cert IV in Fitness, and is also known for her Zumba ‘groove.
