Boxing Circuit provides a challenging and full body workout. The class is suitable for all levels of fitness.
You will learn great form and technique in this class that is targeted towards fat loss, increased agility and coordination, muscle tone and greater fitness.
‘Boxing’ is currently run as a ZOOM virtual session, every Thursday night at 6:30pm.
