8 Week Biggest Loser Challenge
The Biggest Loser challenge started on 19th January, with the first official weigh-in. Next weigh-in in 16th March.
The challenge incorporates a choice of one or two 30 Fitness Challenges that you can do (as a little extra). The Fitness Challenge choices are:
- Abs & Squat
Powerlifting @ Targeted Fitness
Once a month over the course of the year, we will be running a Powerlifting session. The session will focus on the three main movements of Powerlifting, Squat/Bench/Deadlift.
Each session will be comprised of technical work, as well as strength and conditioning training.
We will build up to a Powerlifting competition at the end of the year, in which strength will be tested, and goals beaten.
The first session kicks off on Saturday 23 February. This session is an introductory session, as well as setting a baseline for the year.

Boxing Circuit provides a full body workout, and is suitable for all fitness levels.
