Pilates is back!

Pilates with Jess

Our popular Pilates sessions return on Monday 2nd March at 7am. Pilates at Targeted Fitness caters to the beginner, right through to the advanced.

Benefits of Pilates includes:

Let’s celebrate at Targeted Fitness

We’re celebrating on Saturday 14th March with family friendly games and a BBQ brekky.

We’d love for you to book in to one of the free 30 minute fun sessions (for clients and their families/friends). The free sessions start 7am, 7:30am and 8am. The sessions will be followed by a protein packed BBQ.

VitalMoves news

VitalMoves additional sessions

The popular senior exercise group VitalMoves, now runs every Monday 10am, Tuesday 10am and 11am, Thursday 10am and a lower exercise level group on Friday’s at 10am.

VitalMoves is a low to moderate exercise group, targeted towards older adults.

Boxing Circuit

Have fun – Get fit – First session FREE!

Boxing Circuit provides a challenging and full body workout. The class is suitable for all levels of fitness.

You will learn great form and technique in this class that is targeted towards fat loss, increased agility and coordination, muscle tone and greater fitness.

‘Boxing’  is on every Thursday night at 6:30pm, with all equipment/gloves provided. Just bring a towel and water bottle.

Bookings essential.

Instructors are qualified to deliver Boxing for Fitness, as required by Fitness Australia.
