Squatober

It’s a thing.

During October, we’re doing 31,000 squats in 31 days (or 1,000 squats per day).

This is a team effort and we’d love to see as many of you joining team as possible!!!

VitalMoves news

We’re adding Monday’s!

The popular senior exercise group VitalMoves, now runs every Monday 10am, Tuesday 11am and Thursday 10am. VitalMoves is a low to moderate exercise group, targeted towards older adults.

Breakfast walk

Sunday 27th October

You’re invited to join us for a leisurely walk (to breakfast), meeting at Nobby’s Beach 7am.

Let us know if you’re keen, for booking purposes.

Powerlifting @ Targeted Fitness

Once a month over the course of the year, we will be running a Powerlifting session. The session will focus on the three main movements of Powerlifting, Squat/Bench/Deadlift.

Each session will be comprised of technical work, as well as strength and conditioning training.

We will build up to a Powerlifting competition at the end of the year, in which strength will be tested, and goals beaten.

The first session kicked off on Saturday 23 February.

Next Powerlifting session Saturday 26th October. Final session this year on Saturday 23rd November.

Boxing Circuit

Have fun – Get fit – First session FREE!

Boxing Circuit provides a full body workout, and is suitable for all fitness levels.

Thursday nights at 6:30pm, with all equipment/gloves provided.
