Pilates is back!

Pilates with Jess

Pilates returns on Wednesday 5 July at 7am. Pilates at Targeted Fitness caters to the beginner, right through to the advanced.

Benefits of Pilates includes:

VitalMoves news

*VitalMoves returns

The popular senior exercise group VitalMoves, will resume from Thursday 2nd July. VitalMoves runs every Monday 10am, Tuesday 10am and 11am, Thursday 10am and a lower exercise level group on Friday’s at 10am.

*VitalMoves is a low to moderate exercise group, targeted towards older adults. VitalMoves clients are required to complete a Pre-Exercise and Referral form.

Boxing Circuit

Have fun – Get fit – First session FREE!

Boxing Circuit provides a challenging and full body workout. The class is suitable for all levels of fitness.

You will learn great form and technique in this class that is targeted towards fat loss, increased agility and coordination, muscle tone and greater fitness.

‘Boxing’ is currently run as a ZOOM virtual session, every Thursday night at 6:30pm.

Instructors are qualified to deliver Boxing for Fitness, as required by Fitness Australia.
